Hina Khan gets trolled yet again, but in a rather brutal way this time! Similar to several workout pictures that she's shared on her Instagram handle, Hina recently posted a few pictures from the gym. In the series of pictures, she's seen sporting a sports bra and running pants. However, the trollers didn't spare her, as they went on commenting about her tactics to gain popularity.
