Indian Idol 10 has managed to hunt some of the most talented singers from across the country. Every episode of this season has something to offer to the viewers in terms of the brilliant performances and celebrity guests. The other highlight of the show is the host Maniesh Paul, who always sets the stage ablaze with his exceptional sense of humor. In the latest episode he impressed Anu Malik and the guest of the day Kumar Sanu with his singing skills.
Anu Malik who was touched by Maniesh's performance gavehim Rs 100 as shagun, a token of appreciation. Even the singer Kumar Sanu was so impressed that he gifted the host Rs 2000! Looks like Maniesh Paul just proved to us that he is a multi-talented personality!
Talking about Maniesh's singing Anu Malik told in a statement, "Maniesh is a very talented boy. He is extraordinary in hosting, but I got to see his singing talent for the first time in the show. Whenever any singer sings beautifully in my studio, I like to gift them something as 'shagun',".
"When Maniesh left us speechless with his performance, I couldn't resist myself and the first thing I reached out too was a Rs 100 note which I immediately gifted to him.", Anu Malik further added praising him.
Earlier, while talking to Filmibeat in an exclusive interview, Maniesh had reveled that Anu Malik is his favorite judge on the show! Seems like it was a dream come true for him to receive Shagun by Anu Malik. Maniesh Paul has also been in the news for putting up an exceptionally good performance in his latest short film Black Briefcase.
In Black Briefcase, he plays the role of a mute person. Since his character is a dark one, he said preparing for it was really hard. However, he said the film turned out really well, all his friends and family loved it.
