Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2 has been in the news a lot lately. As the remake of Ekta Kapoor's famous love saga nears its premiere date, fans are getting to witness their favourite characters. Recently, the lead pair, Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan were snapped shooting for the show and leaked images took over the internet. And now, we have caught hold of a few recent pictures from the sets, that show Erica Fernandes aka Prerna in a Bengali avatar. We also got to see Parth's new look as Anurag Basu. Erica Turns Bengali
Previously, we had shown a few leaked pictures from the sets of Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2 during the shoot at Mumbai station. And now, some pictures of Erica are doing the rounds that show her clad in a Bengali outfit. The wide bindi on the forehead and the open hair make her look like an absolute Bong!
Prerna Dresses Up For Durga Pooja
Erica's fans had previously seen her in a Bengali avatar on the television show Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi. In the recent leaked pictures from Kasautii Zindagi Kay, she's donned the Bong look for the occasion of Durga puja. It seems to be getting interesting already, isn't it?
Parth’s Look Revealed
In another picture posted on a fan's page, Parth Samthaan's look for the show was revealed. The actor, who is playing the role of Anurag Basu, is seen carrying a short hairdo and a neatly shaven look. This look of Parth's is drastically different from his character in the previous show Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan.
Will The New Anurag Be Different?
Talking about finding the perfect Anurag Basu, a source had told Indian Express, "Ekta and the team had a tough time finding the perfect Anurag. A lot of actors were in contention but the rebooted show required a young face. After numerous look tests and auditions, the team finally zeroed on Parth."
Erica Looks At The New Prerna Differently
In an interview with BizAsia, Erica said, "I haven't met Shweta Tiwari (original Prerna) but I hope to meet her soon. For me what is more important is that we're two different actors. For me, I will look at Prerna in a different way. It'll not be the similar way how she looked at Prerna. I will have a slight different approach in playing Prerna. For me, I am Prerna today and I will play how I look at Prerna in today's world. I want girls my age to relate to my character."
