Rubina Diliak’s Getting Treated For Respiratory Infection; Worsened Because Of Her Ignorance!

Television actress Rubina Diliak hasn't been keeping well. Television actors are usually known for spending long hours on the sets, which leaves them with very little time to concentrate on their health. Rubina Dilika who plays the role of a transgender on the show Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki is down with respiratory infection. The actress shared a note on her Instagram handle to inform her fans about her health condition. She also told her fans that the condition worsened because of her ignorance!

She wrote, "My Dearest #Rubiholics, regret to inform you all that I wont be able to continue my #21daychallenge! I have inadvertently causes Respiratory Infection due to LPG poisoning at my shoots! The schedules were unavoidable and I turned blind eye to the symptoms.... The situation further aggravated with a recent shoot where we perspired in a godown with dust, smoke and LPG fumes for almost 5/6 hours..."

She further added, "Everyday 12 hours if shooting schedule and 3 hours of travel leave no scope for a goof sleep and self-recovery...but now I have taken responsibility for my health and working towards my complete recovery! I will join you back in the journey I started but I urge you all to please continue with the challenge..Lets keep ,motivating each other! Stay healthy and blessed" - (sic)

Rubina is fitness freak and had taken up a 21 day fitness challenge with her fans. However, due to ill health, she has taken a break from it an asked her fans to continue without her. She also a workaholic and in a recent interview had revealed that she and husband Abhinav Shukla are both married to their work first. We wish Rubina a fast recovery and hope to see her back in the action soon.
