Sumeet Vyas and Ekta Kaul are sharing some of the most beautiful moments, prior to their wedding that's taking place today (September 15, 2018) in Jammu. Yesterday, they were seen sharing a dance at their Sangeet and we have the pictures from the ceremony for you. Ekta, who was seen clad in a yellow lehenga for her Mehendi ceremony, chose to don a classy snuff traditional attire for Sangeet. The Veere Di Wedding actor Sumeet Vyas and Ekta Kaul got engaged in February, but kept it a secret until recently, when they announced their wedding. With the wedding being only a few hours away, we can't wait to see them get hitched!
First Sangeet Picture!
Sumeet and Ekta are currently in Jammu, engaged in all the pre-wedding ceremonies. Last night, we showed you a few pictures from the Mehendi ceremony, in which the bride-to-be Ekta Kaul was seen flaunting a yellow lehenga. At the Sangeet ceremony, the couple looked beautiful in an ethnic attire as they shared a dance.
Sumeet & Ekta Are So In Love
Besides their beautiful attire, what highlighted the Sangeet ceremony was the chemistry that the duo shared. In the above picture, they can be seen posing for the camera from the stage as they embrace each other's hug!
The Wedding Invite Is Quirky
Sumeet's wedding invite is as fun as him. Talking about this, Sumeet told TOI, "It is a reflection of me, actually. I didn't want it to be a regular, boring card with a lot of details, but a quirky, yet simple one. Ekta ideated, the designers sent us a few designs and we jointly decided to go ahead with this. Being the writer, I came up with the content."
Puja Ceremony
In another picture, Ekta and Sumeet were seen taking part in the traditional Kashmiri Puja ceremony. When asked if the wedding is going to be a big fat one, Sumeet said, "It is a very simple wedding with Hindu rituals. In fact, it is as traditional as a traditional wedding can get. The pre-wedding functions include the Mehendi and Sangeet."
They Are Getting Hitched Finally!
Previously, confirming the wedding, Sumeet had said, "Yes, we are getting married. It is going to happen in Jammu on September 15. As I am busy with my shoots, Ekta is managing most of the work. It is going to be a simple wedding. We are really happy and excited about it. Being with Ekta gives me a new ground. And that's really exciting. I find a new person in myself, when I am with her. It's a blissful relationship."
