It is that time of the year, when one bids farewell to the evil and welcomes the goodness. As the nation celebrates the festivals, several Indian television celebrities have shared their memories of Dussehra. While some said the festival is all about removing the negativity from the society, the others cherish the memories of feasting on delicacies and spending time with family and friends. However, while talking to Times Of India, several celebrities have revealed that this was their favorite part about the celebrations.

Dussehra means festivities and celebrations. The weather is also pleasant. The best memory of the day is when I played Ram in school and I got a standing applause for my performance. I feel nostalgic when I think about it.

My fondest memories of Dussehra is going to the fair with my family to see the Ravan burning ceremony and then coming back and witnessing the same in my colony's park. One evil I would like to remove from society is hatred towards one another in terms of caste/creed/religion/colour/status, because I feel if we stand united as one country, then there is no stopping us.
