Dalljiet Kaur Moves To Court Against Nikhil Patel: Dalljiet Kaur has been all over the news ever since her marital issues with husband Nikhil Patel went public. After several altercations and blame game of both parties, Dalljiet Kaur has returned to Kenya from where she shared truckloads of pictures with her girlies. Now, a day later, in a surprising turn of events, Dalljiet has moved to court against her husband and managed to get a stay order.

According to the reports by Hindustan Times, Dalljiet managed to get a stay order from court which legally prevents Nikhil Patel from evicting Dalljiet and her son. The notice issued by Milimani Court in Nairobi City reads, "Pending the hearing and final determination of this application, an injunction is hereby issued restraining the Respondent (Patel), his agents, employees and/or servants from evicting the Petitioner/Applicant (Kaur) and her child (Jaydon) and/or throwing out and/or whatsoever dealing with the personal effects and belongings of the Petitioner/Applicant in her matrimonial home (in Kenya)."

When Nikhil Patel Issued Legal Notice Against Dalljiet Kaur

Nikhil Patel earlier issued a notice against the actress accusing her of harassment after Dalljiet made it public and accused him of extramarital affair. Nikhil also clarified what happened between the two in the month of May, this year, "In January this year, Dalljiet decided to leave Kenya with her son Jaydon and return to India, which ultimately led to our separation. We both realized that the foundation of our blended family wasn't as strong as we had hoped, making it hard for Dalljiet to settle in Kenya. In March 2023, we held an Indian wedding ceremony in Mumbai. Though it held cultural significance, it was not legally binding. This ceremony was intended to reassure Dalljiet's family about her move to Kenya."
