Jackie Shroff in TV serial <i>Thoda Sa Asaman</i>

After seeing him in a lot of character roles on the big screen, we will soon get to see Jackie Shroff on the small screen. The actor is all set for his forthcoming television show opposite television actress Smriti Irani. The new show called Thoda Sa Asaman is produced by Balaji Telefilms.

According to Jackie, he and Ekta Kapoor share a good rapport. Balaji was looking for someone like Jackie, who could carry off the character with ease.

It may be recalled that Jackie had debuted on TV with a show called Missing some years back. On the movie front, Jackie has four big projects including Sachin Bajaj's Naksha, Vidhu Vinod Chopra's Eklavya, Sangeet Sivan's Apna Sapna Money Money and Poonam Sinha's Mera Dil Leke Dekho.
