The cast and crew of 'Banoo Main Teri Dulhann' are on seventh heaven as the show just won a host of Telly words. We quiz them as to what makes the show such a favorite and how do they feel about its super success?

Sharad Malhotra (Actor)

The reason for the popularity of 'Banoo Main Teri Dulhan' will be its story. I think the USP of this show is its storyline. When the story of the show had been read out to me, it had touched me a lot. The audiences had also felt freshness in the story when the show had started. The credit for the success of this show should also go to the director and producer. I feel that the success of any show does not depend on one thing but its credit should go to the entire cast and crew.

I feel very happy that my first show got so many Telly awards. I feel my hard work has paid off. But then I aim higher, I have to win the National Award. I know that to achieve this, I have to join Bollywood. I am working towards it. I wish that after Satyajit Ray I win an Oscar and bring it to India.

From the time I came to Mumbai my dream has been to work with Shahrukh Khan in my first film. Many people laugh at it and say after coming to Mumbai everybody talks like this, but believe me one day I will make my dream come true. I am getting offers for many short films and documentary films but I have been refusing the offers as I want to do a hardcore comedy film.

Neelima Bajpai (Producer)

Everybody likes to watch this show because of their deep attachment with Vidya and Sagar. They are so deeply attached that if there is a fight in the show then the rating starts to fluctuate. The other characters of the show also have a close relationship with the audiences.

This show getting a lot of Telly awards has made us very happy and our excitement has doubled. Frankly, we were not expecting a lot of awards. The viewers have showed so much confidence in us that now it has become our duty to do better .Now the show's story is going to get more interesting.

We will be launching a new show on a new channel. The shooting will start in the month of February next month. Like 'Dulhann' this show will be women centric and will deal with the problems of society. Along with the drama, this show will also have a love story.

Divyanka Tripathi (Actress)

The storyline of this show is the reason why 'Dulhann' is the most favourite program. Unlike the other shows the story of this show moves and is not stagnant. The second reason for its popularity is the star cast, from the child artistes to the servants; everyone has done justice to their roles. With this I would like to add that there is magnificent chemistry between all of us who are a part of this show. We never fight on the sets. Along with the actors, the credit for the success of this show should also go to the creative director of the show Neelima Bajpayi.

It is understandable that I am happy after winning the award but with this I am very scared also as the responsibility on me has increased. I will try to do justice to the faith showed by people on me by choosing me as the best actress. This is my first award and I have a long way to go. It is going to be difficult for me to stay in this place but I will try and give my best.
