Ekta Kapoor moving to the Muslim world

The czarina of Indian soap opera is all set to make soaps for the Gulf countries as well. Indian television soaps are very popular in Pakistan and the entire Middle East. However the people in these countries have access mostly to pirated version of the soaps. Ekta is already a popular figure in the Middle East so she will start off with a huge audience to cater to. The large Indian community residing in these countries is an added bonus for the producer.

Balaji Teleflims has even opened a new office in Dubai and plan to air a fews soaps by 2-3. The shooting for these soaps has already started. Ekta says it wont be difficult to make family drama for the Muslim dominated world as the family bonding and values remain the same the only variant being the dressing, language and culture. Ekta who has changed the face of Indian television is on road to take her Balaji Teleflims to newer heights.
