Pankaj Kapoor, who had long been associated with some quality and super hit shows on television as an actor in shows like 'Zaban Sambhal Ke', 'Mohandas B.A.L.L.B', 'Office Office', 'Karamchand' and others, does not seem to be happy with the kind of television shows on offer today.

Though two of his long-running shows 'Office Office' and 'Karamchand' have been re-launched in their new avatars, this choosy actor still feels that there is need for more intelligent shows on television.

Two other shows of Pankaj, 'Phatichar' and 'Mohandas B.A.L.L.B', which perhaps could be launched back. So when asked about the possibilities of the re-launch of these two shows, this versatile actor says, "Nothing happens according to your or my thinking. People need to think like ways. But, unfortunately, the viewers do not have the time from the saas-bahu serials".

Pankaj has directed shows like 'Mohandas B.A.L.L.B', 'Wah Bhai Wah', 'Sahabji Biwiji Ghulamji' and 'Kanak Di Balli' and even done a number of good films like 'Jaane Bhi Do Yaron', 'Ek Doctor Ki Maut', 'Maqbool', 'Dus' for which he has been critically acclaimed as an actor and won many awards. He will now be seen in choreographer Ganesh Acharya's directorial debut movie 'Dharam'.
