Ardhangini to go off air in April

Finally all the news on Ardhangini, going off-air comes true as Zee's big-budget soap is readying to wrap up on 3rd April. The serial which was much talked of, for its extravagant Devdas kind of sets, over-the-top costumes never managed to get decent TRPs ever since it started. It is also said that the protagonists, played by Ajay Krish and Sudeepa Singh were not able to cast a spell with their chemistry, and it was also speculated that the serial might get another lease of life with the leads being changed.

But now, according to our sources, "The channel and the production house tried everything, but nothing worked out in their favour. The real concept never really came across due to all the experimentation made from changing it from a love story to a saas-bahu saga and then to a thriller. Even the writers of Ardhangini left the show in between, making things much more difficult for the channel. In the end, they had no other option than to call it off". There is nothing else to say, but to just feel sad for everyone who was involved in this project.
