Asheema serves Harsh a legal notice

Asheema Creations has sent a notice to actor Harsh Chhaya for not honouring the commitment in respect of its film Diwangi Ne Had Kar Di, for which he was signed to play key role. According to the proprietor of Asheema Creations, the actor, after attending the muhurat of the film and taking part in the shooting for a few days, failed to allot it further dates, giving the excuse of his father's ill-health.

Later, as per the notice sent to him with a copy of the same to IMPPA, Harsh Chayya even agreed to shell out Rs.50,000 as cost of the re-shoot along with the signing amount paid to him. But as he has failed to do so, the production house has called upon him to pay a compensation of Rs.1,75,000 and the signing amount of Rs.21,000 immediately to avoid disciplinary action.
