Ranbir faces the axe!

Ranbir Rano, the star stuck love story featuring Vinay Rohraa and Sakshi Talwar in ZEE TV is in doldrums these days. Firstly, from a 10:30 pm slot, it was shifted to an 11pm slot. The channels latest venture Shree, supernatural thriller was put in the 10:30pm slot instead. Now, it's the lead actor Vinay Rohraa who is facing the axe.

Incidentally he is getting replaced by Ravi Dubey of Yehaan ke hum Sikandar fame. Sources quote that the chemistry between Vinay and Sakshi never created ripples and both could not emote as desired. Vinay rubbishes all the reports but acknowledges the fact that he has been replaced. Says he, " Yes, I have been replaced by someone, but I have left the show voluntarily. There is some emergency at home and I have to take a long break. Since it's a daily soap, it requires my continuous dates, which I cannot provide at the moment. This is something unfortunate but I need a two week break. It's a matter of life and death for a family member who needs my constant attention. I had no other option but to quit the show since the production house could not grant me leave. It was a mutual decision".

He has been replaced by Ravi Dubey of Yehaan ke hum Sikandar fame. News is also abuzz that very soon even Sakshi Talwar who plays Rano is also going to be replaced. She is not keeping well these days and is suffering from liver infection. Here's wishing Vinay all the very best in all his future endeavors.
