Dhoom Mache De all set to return

Eleven of India"s popular and professional singers competed in a musical contest on NDTV Imagine with the show Dhoom Mache De. But at the end Jasbinder Narula took the trophy. Well now the show is all set to come back with its second season on the same channel. As per the source, “The second season of the same is all set to start. The channel is planning to rope in some new and old singers from the industry. Things are at very initial stages."

Last year DMD was hosted by the hot and sizzling actress Malaika Arora. “This year the channel is planning to get one of the contestant"s Baba Seghal to host the show. They have approached him but nothing has been finalised as of now," adds the source. When asked Baba about the same he confirmed the news saying, “It"s not final as they have just approached me."

The star contestants of the show included Anaida, Baba Sehgal, Babul Supriyo, Devang Patel, Jaspinder Nirula, Jassi, Kamaal Khan, Richa Sharma, Sapna Awasthi, Suneeta Rao and Taz, The show was judged by Sharmila Tagore, Shankar Mahadevan and Prasoon Joshi. Imagine is surely cashing in with Dhoom. Isn"t it?
