Aashka Goradia all set to make stage debut

Aashka Goradia, the very talented actress, who made her debut with a very popular comedy show, 'Acting Acting" seven years ago is all set to return to the limelight. The ravishing actress is nonetheless known for Ekta Kapoor"s much watched soap, 'Kkusum". Now, she is all geared up to show her new side to her fans and that is stage. Yes, the gorgeous and curvaceous gal would soon be seen essaying a meaty role on stage play to be directed by Imtiaz Khan.

Aashka Goradia is one actress whom even an illiterate person and unskilled poet would start dashing off the poetic lines in praise of her beauty once he stumbles upon her. That"s true as her persona is so mesmerizing that everyone gets caught in the magic. On and off screen, people are found murmuring about her style, scintillating personality and acting prowess. In a short span of time, Goradia has touched the heights where one takes a long time to go. That came due to the determination, hard work, talents and commitment.

Making debut with 'Acting Acting", she dolled up Ekta Kapoor"s show, 'Kkusum" as a protagonist on Sony TV. Then came 'Akela" on Sony TV. Aashka then signed a show, 'Kahin To Hoga" with Balaji Telefilms and got hugely noticed though she made her presence felt with 'Kkusum". On Zee TV"s show, 'Sindoor Tere Naam Ka" Aashka Goradia played magic. 'Virrudh" on Sony TV and 'Mere Apne" on 9X appeared magical for her career. 'Saath Phere" on Zee TV showed her histrionics as an actress.

Goradia also did some reality shows like 'Jet Set Go" on Star One, 'Mr. And MS. TVs" on Sony TV and 'Kabhi Kabhi Pyar Kabhi Kabhi Yar" on Sony TV.

She enacted the roles of 'Tara" and 'Nayatai" in Madhur Bhandarkar"s Heroine" and 'Nayati" in Specials at Ten on Sony TV. The characters were liked hugely by the audiences and critics.

The stage play, she is going to do is titled 'Loot" to be directed by Imtiaz Khan, the brother of late actor Amjad Khan. Aashka essays the role of a hot nurse in it. In this play, she is the only girl after her five men to woo her. This is a comedy show and she is very much happy doing it. She finds comedy as a soul satisfying genre. She is of the view that an actor should do stage at least for once in a career.

She has a long way to go…and soon we expect to see her doing films as well.
