Arjun Bijlani takes back Miley Jab Hum Tum

Choosing a show is always a gamble. At times, it"s not your mind, but instincts that help you take the right decision. For Arjun Bijlani, destiny presented him another opportunity after he snubbed the initial offer.

He says, “I was offered 'Mohe Rang De' and 'Miley Jab Hum Tum' at the same time. I opted for the former as it was a period drama, something different from the usual lot. Though, 'Miley Jab Hum Tum' was a good story too, I was keen on playing a different character."

Unfortunately, 'Mohe Rang De' didn"t turn out the way it was told to me. I wasn"t happy with the way my character was shaping up, or even the story line. So, I decided to quit 'Mohe Rang De'. Luckily, 'Miley Jab Hum Tum' got delayed thereby, and once the producers learnt that I"ve quit 'Mohe..' they reverted back to me. I didn"t think twice and gave my nod. Things just fell in place for me as Miley turned out to be a pretty successful show for the channel and for me. People love me as Mayank."

Delayed decision it was, but in the end, it turned out to be the right one.
