Dolly Bindra the angelic captain on Bigg Boss 4

'Bigg Boss 4' maintains a calm before the storm' atmosphere right now. While, all the inmates have problems with one or the other in the house, still they prefer to maintain a silent and cold relationship. Among all these confusions and conflicts, Dolly Bindra was asked to consider two names for the nomination of the captaincy of the coming week.

Dolly mentioned Veena Malik's name against her's for the captaincy nominations. She also informed that she wanted to bring few changes in the house for which she is giving her name for the captaincy nominations. When the news was declared by Bigg Boss to the inmates, everybody in the house seemed to be confused about the voting.

Veena on the other hand asked the inmates to vote for Dolly, as she wanted Dolly to be the captain. All, the inmates but Manoj Tiwari, voted for Dolly Bindra and made her the captain of the week. As soon as she became the captain she declared that everybody is free to do whatever they want to for the entire week. There will be no restrictions on food, all can eat whatever and whenever they want.

Dolly has surprisingly become an angel. No fights! No screaming! Co-operating with people! etc, does not go with her image.
