Imagine
TV
started
its
reality
show
'Rakhi
Ka
Insaaf" with
a
huge
hope
of
gaining
a
good
number
of
TRPs
as
it
did
with
'Rakhi
Ka
Swayamwar".
But,
the
channel
probably
missed
the
fact
that
it
is
no
more
the
item
girl
Rakhi
Sawant"s
personal
issue
because
the
new
show
deals
with
various
personal
conflicts
of
other
people.
The
show
has
barely
completed
two
weeks
in
the
channel
and
is
now
facing
the
wrath
of
the
law.
A
city
lawyer
Sushan
Kunjuaraman
has
filed
a
case
in
Public
Interest
Litigation
against
'Rakhi
Ka
Insaaf" in
High
Court
demanding
that
the
show
should
be
scrapped.
The
lawyer
said
that
the
show
is
not
worthy
to
be
aired
for
public
entertainment.
He
added
that
Rakhi
Sawant
was
seen
mocking
the
judiciary
and
law
in
this
show,
which
is
very
objectionable.
Kunjuaraman
filed
the
case
on
October
21
highlighting
the
fact
that
Rakhi
is
using
foul
language
to
undermine
the
justice,
rules,
law,
police
machinery,
judges,
litigants
and
their
families.
According
to
him,
the
show
is
also
undermining
the
welfare
associations
meant
for
women.
Well,
the
trailers
of
the
show
were
enough
to
indicate
the
kind
of
cheap
entertainment
it
will
offer.
Court
will
start
hearing
of
the
case
in
a
week
or
two.
The
lawyer
stated
that
court
is
meant
for
law
and
justice
and
not
for
entertainment
but
'Rakhi
Ka
Insaaf"
projecting
as
a
commercial
premise.
The
producer
of
the
channel
and
the
Censor
Board"s
chairperson
has
been
sent
a
copy
of
the
case
filed.
However,
the
producer
has
denied
receiving
any
court
issues.
