Sourav Ganguly to judge Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4

Taking a backseat from his regular games on the field, Indian cricketer Sourav Ganguly has moved on to other areas to keep his fans happy and entertained. After being a successful judge of “Dadagiri", a quiz show aired on Zee Bangla, there are reports that India"s most successful former captain will now become the judge of the show “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Season 4".

Though Sourav Ganguly has always maintained that he is not very fond of dancing, his fans will surely wait for their favorite player"s comments on the performances. Dada, as he is popularly known as, has previously judged “Knights & Angels", a reality television show to select cheerleaders for his IPL team Knight Riders.

“Jhalak Dikhla Jaa" series has been quite a popular show on Sony Entertainment Television. The show features a celebrity and his/her choreographer as their dancing partner grooving to dance tracks based on themes decided by the judges on the show. Season 4 of “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa", with Sourav Ganguly as judge, is scheduled to go on air early next year.

Former cricketer and Sourav Ganguly"s one-time teammate Ajay Jadeja was one of the participants in the first innings of “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa." The hockey player Mir Ranjan Negi was seen in the the second show named “Dancing With The Stars."
