Star Plus" prime time show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" will have some twist and turns in the coming episodes. If the sources are to be believed, Varsha, who is shown pregnant in the show, will reportedly suffer a miscarriage.

Varsha is the only 'bahu" (daughter-in-law) of Maheshwari family and this news will definitely spell havoc in the life of the couple as well as among other members. The family will be devastated hearing this sad news. A source was quoted saying that the track is not finalized yet but it will happen soon in the near future. The creative team is yet to decide on how to make the incident happen, the source added.

Apart from this track, there will be another major twist in the life of the protagonist, Akshara. The source said that Akshara will face a tough time because Sneha"s mother will call up Singhania family to talk to 'Daddaji" while the family is celebrating Naitik"s mother's birthday. Akshara disconnects the phone, saying it is a wrong number as she did not want to spoil the mood of the family. But, Sneha"s mom, Sharda is adamant on meeting Daddaji and finally gets to talk to him.
