After
five
years,
'MTV
Roadies
8
-
Shortcut
to
hell'
saw
a
girl
as
the
winner
of
the
reality
show.
Parul
Shahi
won
'MTV
Roadies'
in
2005
and
now
it
is
Aanchal
Khurana
who
stands
out
as
the
winner,
2011.
The
finale
saw
three
Roadies'
contestants
-
Mohit,
Suchit
and
Anchal,
fighting
it
out
for
the
winner's
crown.
Suchit,
who
won
the
viewer's
choice
'Roadies'
winner
on
'MTV
Roadies'
official
Facebook
page,
failed
to
make
it
to
the
final
two
contenders.
This
however
disappointed
a
lot
of
Roadies'
fans.
Though
Suchit
lost
the
battle,
as
a
symbol
of
appreciation
and
honour,
he
was
given
a
Karizma
ZMR
by
the
team
of
'Roadies
8'.
Thereafter,
the
final
fight
show
between
Aanchal
and
Mohit
began.
Both
of
them
were
put
down
on
the
mercy
of
the
votes
by
ex-Roadies
and
the
contestants
from
previous
seasons
of
the
reality.
Aanchal
emerged
as
a
winner
with
a
maximum
vote
of
nine.
The
voters
reasoned
that
they
voted
for
Aanchal
as
they
wanted
a
girl
to
win
'Roadies
8'.
Aanchal
Khurana,
who
entered
'Roadies
8'
as
a
simple
girl
and
a
huge
determination
of
proving
his
family
the
equal
strength
of
girls
to
fight
it
out
against
boys,
was
voted
out
with
Renee
on
the
show.
Later
she
returned
back
to
the
show
as
a
wild
card
entrant.
She
fought
her
way
through
the
episodes
by
performing
tasks,
and
surviving
vote-outs.
Anchal,
as
the
winner
of
the
show,
got
Rs.4,
00,000
collected
by
the
contestants
on
the
show
and
a
Hero
Honda
Karizma
ZMR
bike.
MTV
Roadies,
a
youth
based
reality
show,
started
in
2003.
