Adnan-Kailash-Javed join hands for Sa Re Ga Ma Pa

Singers Adnan Sami, Kailash Kher and Javed Ali will judge the forthcoming season of Zee TV's singing reality show 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs'. The show will start its broadcast towards the end of May.

Press Statement from Zee TV stated (TOI), "They are fairly young and can mix easily with kids. Adnan has composed and sung some of the best tracks in the last decade. Javed has worked in Bollywood and given some chartbusters like 'Nagada', 'Ranjha ranjha', 'Jashn-e-bahara', while Kailash is emotional about his music."

The format of the show is being worked on, wherein the newly composed tracks by the mentors will be rendered by the child participants.

Ashish Golwalkar, head of non-fiction programming, Zee TV, added, "I don't know whether this can be executed, but we have thrown the idea at our mentors. This hasn't been attempted in any other singing show. The show only flags off late next month, so we have time to work on it."

Television actor Jay Soni (Ishaan of Sasuraal Genda Phool) will be hosting the show, 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs', with celebrities Afsha Musani and Dhairya Sonecha. The show will run for thirteen weeks and will be showcased only twice in a week.
