After
negotiating
with
the
producers
of
the
original
version
for
close
to
one
year,
the
production
house
of
the
Bollywood
actor
inked
the
100
crore
deal.

Bollywood
star,
who
had
appeared
on
24
in
the
finale
season,
will
be
starring
in
the
TV
series.
Anil
Kapoor
will
be
portraying
the
role
of
an
agent
of
Counter
Terrorist
Unit
(CTU)
played
by
Kiefer
Sutherland
in
the
Hollywood
version.
Talking
about
the
show,
Anil
Kapoor
said
he
is
happy
and
excited
for
bagging
the
rights
of
the
Hindi
version.
The
actor
further
claims
that
the
show
will
be
dubbed
in
many
languages
and
he
is
in
talks
with
top
television
channels.
On
enacting
Jack
Bauer's
character,
the
Bollywood
star
believes
that
he
will
be
happy
if
he
can
achieve
a
bit
of
what
Kiefer
Sutherland
has
done.
