It was rumoured earlier that cricketer Andrew Symonds is new wildcard entrant in the Big Boss season 5 house. The buzz has become real after the controversial Australian cricketer landed at Mumbai airport on Monday night. The former all-rounder will enter the Bigg Boss house this week.
According to the PTI, a formal announcement about Andrew Symonds' entry in the Bigg Boss 5 house would be made today (Tuesday, December 06). But it is not clear whether he will be a guest entry or a contestant in the house. The makers of the show are expected to reveal it today at a press conference.
The reality show kick-started with Shakti Kapoor, the lone male, and 13 female contestants. Later, Amar Upadhyay, Siddharth Bhardwaj, Akashdeep Sehgal and Sunny Leone entered the show. Swami Agnivesh and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt also entered the house for a brief period as a guest.
However, nine contestants have been evicted from the Bigg Boss 5 house so far and only seven participants like Amar, Siddharth, Akashdeep, Shonali Nagrani, Mahek Chahal, Sunny Leone and Juhi Parmar are the surviving contestants. Now, Andrew Symonds will be the eighth member in the house.
