Bigg Boss 5: Raj Thackeray seeks apology from Shakti, Siddharth

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray has heavily come down upon actor Shakti Kapoor and MTV VJ Siddharth Bhardwaj for their insulting remarks against the Marathi-speaking population. He has warned them that they would face the consequences if they do not apologise to Maharashtrians.

Actor Amar Upadhyay had failed to finish the Bigg Boss' task in the Friday episode. So he was deputed as a personal servant for other housemates Shakti Kapoor and Siddharth Bhardwaj, who named him PK Lele. What makes Raj Thackeray so angry is the word 'Lele', which is a Maharashtrian surname.

Irked by this episode, Raj Thackeray has made a strong reaction to the reality show. The MNS president says that Bigg Boss 5 is insulting the Marathi Manoos. Lele is a Maharashtrian surname, but it does not mean all servants are Maharashtrians. He adds that Kapoor and Bhardwaj should apologise for the same within 24 hours. Else they will to face the consequences.

Meanwhile, Uddhav Thackeray has also attacked the show Bigg Boss 5 for the insult. The executive president of the Shiv Sena says that the reality show is a perverse presentation for publicity and he does not watch it. He also asks the people to stop watching it.
