Veteran
Dara
Singh
will
officially
retire
from
his
work.
The
family
has
collectively
decided
that
Dara
needs
rest
and
therefore
he
will
be
off
his
work
from
now
on.
Besides
staying
off-screen
the
actor
will
also
withdraw
from
politics.
Elder
son
Vindu
Dara
Singh
confirms
TOI,
"Dad
has
worked
enough
and
now
it's
time
for
him
to
relax." It
is
also
reported
that
old
injuries
that
Dara
sustained
during
the
days
of
his
wrestling,
has
resurfaced
again,
therefore
he
is
not
keep
well.
Seeing
his
deteriorating
health
condition,
his
family
requested
him
to
stay
at
home.
However,
Dara
plans
to
travel
a
lot
after
his
retirement.
"He
will
be
at
our
Chandigarh
home
for
three
months
and
for
the
rest
of
the
time,
he
will
be
in
Mumbai,"
said
Vindu.
Dara,
who
loves
his
work
so
much
is
finding
it
difficult
to
stay
idle
at
home.
“Yes,
he's
finding
it
all
extremely
boring,
but
then
my
daughter
Amelia
pitched
in
and
she
convinced
her
granddad
that
she
will
keep
him
busy,"
informs
Vindu.
He
added,
"The
All
India
Jat
Mahasabha
(AIJM)
of
which
dad
was
the
president,
also
asked
him
to
stay
on,
however,
the
family
decided
that
he
should
leave
that
position
too."
To
engage
himself,
Dara
is
working
out
a
little
bit
and
does
some
yoga
to
stay
fit.
He
often
goes
for
a
walk
with
Amelia
too.
