Dharmendra fetches high TRP for India's Got Talent 3

Veteran actor Dharmendra who made his debut as a judge of the reality show India's Got Talent has become a big asset to the channel, as the opening episode of the third season of the show garnered the maximum ratings as compared to the previous seasons.

The actor is judging the third season of India's Got Talent along with actress Kirron Kher and Sonali Bendre on Colors Channel. As per the data provided by Colors, the show on its opening day (July 29) garnered average rating was 3.91 TVR, which is higher than any other non-fiction launched in 2011.

The peak rating of the launch episode was 5.4 TVR. The show surpassed actor Hrithik Roshan's debut on dance reality show Just Dance of Star Plus, which scored a TVR of 3.7, the data stated. India's Got Talent has shown impressive ratings for the opening week. The show has beaten shows from the competing channels in the genre and the time slot to emerge the winner in 2011. It has been a very gratifying period and we are hoping to keep up this momentum throughout the season," Colors, Head of Programming, Ashvini Yardi, said.

"Also, 36 million viewers clued into the show on the first two launch days," Yardi claimed.
