her

Khiladi
4
she
realised
that
she
needed
more.
So

Hemal
Shah,
fitness
guru
and
expert
trainer
who
runs
his
own
company
'Fighting
Fit".
After
merely
a
10
day
training
she
knew
she
had
made
the
right
decision,

We
have
done
maximum
functional
training,
kick
boxing
and
mind
strengthening
exercise
which
was
the
only
requirement
of
the
show.

Khiladi

in
mind,
we
concentrated
more
on
core
with
TRX
,
balancing
and
co
–
ordination.
We
used
everyday
props
like
a
book,
a
mobile,
chair
for
balance
and
even
made
her
climb
from
the
20
th
floor
to
the
25
th
floor
by
the
staircase
grill
for
perfect
co
–
ordination
of
mind
and
body.
We
emphasised
to
her
that
it
is
important
to
finish
the
stunt
and
time
doesn"t
matter.
What
matters
is
only
the
6
S
–
Strength,
Skill,
Speed,
Stamina,
Suppleness
and
Spirit."
Hemal
Shah
himself
has
been
trained
in
kalaripayat,
Indian
karate,
jiujitsu,
muaythai,
taichi,
short
stick
fight
and
Indian
lathi.
He
has
extensive
teaching
experience
with
22
years
of
Martial
Arts
Training
+
11
years
in
total
body
fitness
training.
He
has
trained
celebrities
like
Tabu,
Aamna
Sharif,
Sayali
Bhagat,
Raima
Sen,
Raveena
Tandon,
Ekta
Kapoor,
Aftab
Shivdasani,
Kiran
