Monika Singh takes revenge on ex-beau Ankit Gera

For actors, the real life revenge is usually carried on to the reel life. Quite the same happened to the celebrated real life couple, TV actors Monika Singh and Ankit Gera, who had a harsh break up, just a month ago. While the actors claim to have moved on in life, the truth was revealed just a few days ago.

Monica, who bared it all to TOI, about the relationship followed by break up, had not yet done enough to satisfy her agony against Ankit. There was a scene in the serial, where Monica, who plays on-screen mother to Ankit, had to slap him for misbehaving with his father. Taking the chance as the only way to take revenge, Monica slapped Ankit so hard that his cheek was left swollen and red.

Ankit felt humiliated and stormed out of the sets. He announced that he won't shoot for the soap, until Monika apologizes to him. When the makers called for an explanation, the actress excused that it was an accident and if Ankit wants an apology she is ready to do so. When asked Ankit told TOI, "It was an accident which can happen to anyone. She even apologised to me and everything is normal now. We are shooting together."

Though Monika remained unavailable for the comment, we would say 'cheers girl', you had your revenge taken, what if you had to say a small 'sorry' after that?
