Sakshi-Ram to play lead in Ekta's serial

Television actress Sakshi Tanwar, better known as Parvati gets a second chance to play the lead actress on small screen. Sakshi thanks Ekta Kapoor for her present role in 'Bade Acche Lagte Hai', where she plays the character of a woman close to her age.

The 38-year-old actress plays the role of a modern woman who believes in love and late marriages. Actor Ram Kapoor plays the male lead of the serial, who is a business tycoon. The soap is a story about a 40-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, who first get married and then fall in love.

Shakshi says that just like her character Priya in 'Bade Acche Lagte Hai', she also believes in late marriages. She believes in destiny and ready for what comes on her way of life. Shakshi says that she has to thank Ekta, who waited for years and was determined that she will make the show with her and Ram.
