Salman plays cupid in Laagi Tujhse Lagan

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will soon be seen in an interesting cameo appearance on Colours' show 'Laagi Tujhse Lagan'. Although his entry in the show is a part of his promotional activity of the upcoming film Ready, his role is made as an interesting interlude in the story. He plays cupid and gives love tips to Diggu ( Aadesh Chaudhary).

Actress Mahii Vij, who was all excited to work again with Salman, said “It was so exciting to have Salman back again on the sets of Laagi . He is such a big star and yet he is so down to earth. He's a true professional and a multitasker. He came late and despite that he wrapped up the shoot quickly and proceeded for his next work destination".

Diggu, played by Aadesh said, “I was really nervous before shooting with Sallu, but once I started it, he made us feel so comfortable, nothing seemed impossible! Moreover, I felt out of the world, when Sallu hugged me. We just bonded instantly as he could relate me with his character in Wanted and taught me some Bhaigiri!"

As the episode goes, Salman meets Nakusha and Diggu in a temple. When Nakusha comes out with her pooja ki thali and offers prasad to Diggu, he refuses saying he doesn't believe in God. Seeing her sad expression, Salman picks up the prasad and asks Diggu to eat it albeit thinking that as a sweetmeat. When Digu does so, Salman leans in and explains Digu how he can smell love blossoming between Diggu and Nakusha, thus leaving them stunned.
