Here
comes
a
twist
in
Big
Boss
5.
A
recent
and
fresh
trouble
have
cropped
up
for
TV
actor
Amar
Upadhay
after
an
Udaipur
court
has
asked
Upadhyay
to
present
himself
for
his
alleged
role
in
a
bounced
cheque
case.
As
per
the
sources,
Amar
Upadhyay
had
launched
a
company
called
Mihir
Virani
Multitrade
Pvt
Ltd,
in
Malad
(West),
which
followed
the
finance
chain-membership
system.
An
Udaipur-based
Harinarayan
Soni
lodged
a
complain
against
Upadhyay.
Soni
had
reportedly
invested
in
the
company,
and
earned
profits
worth
Rs
7
lakh
in
2001.
Trouble
started
when
the
cheque
issued
eight
years
later
by
Upadhyay"s
company
bounced.
After
Soni
filed
a
case,
the
court
summoned
the
actor
one-and-a-half
years
ago,
but
Amar
was
unavailable
when
the
summon
was
delivered
at
his
Malad
office.
Currently,
a
second
summon
has
been
sent
to
the
actor.
Also,
reportedly
cops
will
visit
the
Big
Boss
house
to
deliver
it.
