Sushant Singh Rajput plunges into films

Sushant Singh Rajput, who has been missing from limelight ever since he left Pavitra Rishta is all ready to make his big debut into films with Kai Po Che, directed by Abhishek Kapoor.

A lot of eyebrows raised when Sushant Singh Rajput decided to quit Ekta Kapoor's popular serial Pavitra Rishta in October 2011. The show, in which Sushant played the role of Manav, was doing exceedingly well at the time he announced that he would leave.

The actor, who kept low for almost one year will now make his foray into films with Kai Po Che. The film is based on 'The 3 Mistakes Of My Life', a book by Chetan Bhagat.

Sushant was apparently busy doing a lot of research work for his debut film. TV actor Amit Sadh will also play a pivotal role in Kai Po Che.

Some time back, there was a buzz that Sushant Singh Rajput will return to Pavitra Rishta. However, all that rumour has been put to rest as Sushant gets set to take the big plunge!
