Varun Badola to make a comeback with Phir Subah Hogi

Varun Badola, who has been away from the small screen for a long time, is all set to make a comeback into television with the serial Phir Subah Hogi. The soap opera, which will be showcased on Zee TV and will go on air on April 17 and showcases the custom of girls being forced to serve the rich and powerful.

Varun Badola, who will assess the role of a rich and prominent guy named Thakur Vikram Singh in Phir Subah Hogi, said that he agreed to do the role only because he liked the character he was offered to play. When asked what he did for two years that he was not working, Varun Badola said that he watched a lot of cricket and spend time with his family.

Phir Subah Hogi is a serial that narrates the story of how daughters are forced into doing sexual favours to the powerful men in the village. The Bedia tribe in Madhya Pradesh is especially famous for this.
