Balika Vadhu: Will Anandi's Statement Create Problems With Shiv?

In October 24th episode of Balika Vadhu, Jagya is in the jail and wondering whether he can give a good future to Ganga and Manu. Bhairo assures Ganga that all will be fine and says that ultimately, truth will prevail. Ganga is still not convinced and wonders what she can do to help Jagya.

Ganga goes to Sanchis house and tries to convince them about Jagya's innocence. Everybody is furious and blame her for all their problems. They refuse to listen to Ganga's plea. Sanchi later drags her out of the house and tells her she knows that Jagdish is innocent, but asks her to prove that in the court. There is a heated argument between Ganga and Sanchi and the latter tells the former about the pain and sacrifices that she had to make for Jagya. Ganga requests her to withdraw the case and tells her that if she genuinely loved Jagya, she wouldn't have hurt him and his family like this. Sanchi asks Ganga to leave Jagya and go away from her life. Shocked, Ganga tells her that she can never leave Jagya. Sanchi is furious and tells Ganga that Jagya will definitely go to jail.

In the courtroom, When Sanchi's lawyer asks Anandi to speak about Jagya's personality, Anandi says that Jagya is a sensible, mature, and understanding person. She further adds that he respects women a lot and would never say or do anything to hurt any woman. The Shekhars are shocked with Anandi's statement, while Ganga and Jagya's family are happy. Shiv, after hearing this walks out from the courtroom.
