Coke StudioMTV back to Rock!

Coke Studio@MTV is back with its third season where it will continue its journey of celebrating Indian music and stretching boundaries to experiment to create songs.

Set to launch in August, the show will have eight episodes, which will be produced by different producers like A.R. Rahman, Amit Trivedi, Ram Sampath, Salim-Sulaiman, Clinton Cerejo, Hitesh Sonik and Papon.

Aditya Swamy, EVP and Business Head, MTV India, said: "We have created over 100 songs and worked with more than 300 artists across every possible genre in the first two seasons. What started out as a cult is now growing into the mainstream."

"Creating an alternative culture is always exciting and is an integral part of the MTV DNA. With season 3, we are looking to stretch the boundaries of experimentation and collaboration to create songs that will make our listeners proud of our country's rich musical landscape," Swamy added.
