Comedy Nights’ Kapil Sharma In Trouble Again!

After a major fire that broke out on Kapil Sharma's Comedy Nights With Kapil set, which caused about Rs 20-22 crore loss, Kapil seems to have got into back to back trouble. Kapil Sharma was recently questioned by the Service Tax department for alleged non-payment of tax dues amounting to nearly Rs 60 lakh.

An Official said that Kapil was booked for not remitting the tax amount that he used to collect from organisers of his program, and if he doesn't pay they will have to initiate proceedings against him.

Not only this, another trouble which was on line was regarding Comedy Nights With Kapil's crew members. According to a leading daily, some of Kapil's crew members were not apparently paid their salaries since July and were upset on the producer and show host. Now, this really seems to be a big trouble for the show after the sets were gutted by a major fire on Sep 25 in Goregaon Film City.

According to a leading daily, Kapil's team will be shooting their four upcoming episodes in Lonavala. The new set will be ready in a month's time.

Comedy Nights With Kapil is aired on Colors channel. The show is hosted by Kapil Sharma and many Bollywood stars would come on the sets to promote their upcoming films.
