Phata Poster Nikla Hero actors Shahid Kapoor and Ileana D'Cruz on the sets of Amitabh Bachchan's Kaun Banega Crorepati 7.

The actors have been on a promotional spree on many reality shows recently. Shahid and Ileana were in Indian Idol Junior final episode, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 6 and Comedy Nights With Kapil previously.

The film Phata Poster Nikla Hero is directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and is produced by Ramesh Taurani, with a story that revolves around an aspiring actor Vishwas Rao, played by Shahid Kapoor, who will be mistaken to be a super cop.

The film has Shahid Kapoor and Ileana D'Cruz acting together for the first time. Ileans who has been an established actress in Telugu film industry became popular in Bollywood with the film Barfi, where she acted along side Ranbir Kapoor. She even got the best debut actress award for her acting in the film.

This film will be her full fledged Bollywood film and the success and failure of this film will mark her stand in the industry. The film is also important to Shahid who is in need of a success after repeated failures previously.
