Photos: Jhalak Dikhla Jaa's Spectacular Tribute To India
Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 6, last's week episode was a colourful and spectacular tribute to our nation. Based on the theme Indian Freedom, the contestants danced on various patriotic songs.
Shaan's performance was a salute to the armed forces. He depicted the life of a soldier from enlisting into the army to dying for his country. But when Shaan sang the song 'Bharat humko jaan se pyaara hai', the mood of patriotism was set in and this went double fold when the comedy king Kapil Sharma sang 'Mera rang de basanti chola', the audience including the judges were surprised with his singing talent.
Lauren Gottlieb's performance pushed the envelope once again. She performed on a lyrical hip hop on 'Bande main tha dum' as a tribute to Mahatma Ghandi. Lauren's team won the perfect 30 for their performance.
Sonali and Sumanth performed on an unbelievably fast paced semi-classical dance. Karan Johar was speechless for a few moments after the act and Madhuri Dixit said that if she had a daughter she would want her to dance like Sonali. It was not a surprise that they got a perfect 30 too.
Siddharth gave a filmy slow paced performance for a Sufi song for Eid. Mrs Pammi, Gaurav Gera was on the sets to promote his show Mrs Pammi Pyarelal. The trio of Manish, Kapil and Gaurav was a sight to behold.
To top the whole episode, the final dance marathon on a party mix, where the judges would ask the weakened dancers to leave one by one. Siddharth left first followed by Shaan, Mukti, Drashti and then Sonali and Sumanth left leaving Sana and Lauren on the floor. Finally Sana was sent out making Lauren the winner.

Manish cracked jokes on Siddharth throughout the episode, and when Remo Dsouza gave permission to do whatever he wants with the hosts, Siddharth took Manish off the stage while Kapil Sharma escaped.
Sumanth And Sonali's Performance
Sumanth and Sonali's performance in this episode was a spectacular fast paced Indian dance number which was tremendously applauded by all the judges and the contestants.

The last week's eliminations saw Karanvir Bohra getting eliminated in a one on one with Sonali and Sumanth.
