SRK's Chennai Express Stops At Indian Idol Jr And Diya Aur Baati... Junction

The entire team of Chennai Express, Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and Rohit Shetty were on the sets of Indian Idol Junior (Indian Idol Jr) and Diya Aur Baati Hum to promote their film. This episodes will be aired later this week.

The latest mania caused by the spectacularly talented young singers at the singing talent show Indian Idol Junior has reached the Chennai Express junction now. King Khan along with his leading lady Deepika Padukone were impressed with the little contestants. Shahrukh Khan in particular was seen interacting with them on stage. Whereas, Diya Aur Baati Hum is one of the most watched prime time show on Star Plus, and SRK was on the sets interacting with the cast members.

Chennai Express team has been doing extensive promotions on many television shows lately. Previously, Shahrukh Khan was on the sets of Comedy Nights With Kapil, Dance India Dance Supermoms, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and now Indian Idol Junior and Diya Aur Baati Hum.

The singing reality show Indian Idol Junior has been in the news from the very beginning for all good reasons. All the celebrities, who have been on the show, were extremely taken with the talent these young singers possess.

Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar felt that it is not fare to pick one winner from these talented lot and insisted that there be five winner on Indian Idol Junior. Actor Govinda was seen shedding tears after listening to them sing. The same was with Bappi Lahiri, he was so impressed that he was moved to tears and he also gifted a contestant a gold chain.
