The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards was a spectacular success in Macao. There was a lot of expectations this year as it also celebrates 100 years of Indian Cinema. It was a fusion of the old and new, glamour and gold all on one stage.
It was a mix of performances by a range of Bollywood stars including Sridevi, Abhishek Bachchan, Sushant Singh Rajput, Deepika Padukone, Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra. Dancing diva, Madhuri Dixit made her debut on the IIFA stage in this 14th edition.
The show was co-hosted by Shah Rukh Khan and Shahid Kapoor. The stage reflected the current trend of co-existence in the tinsel town. There were many television stars who sizzled on the stage this year. Be it Sushant Singh Rajput who came into limelight with the success of his show Pavithra Rishta. Ayushman Khurrana who started his career in television too has made it big in Bollywood.
