Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's Gayatri To Die As Sonali Verma Quits The Show!

Star Plus's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is all set to take a shock as Naitik's mother Gayatri will be no more. Not because there is something actually bad happening but, its just because Sonali Verma who played the role of Gayatri is leaving the show.

It had been quite some time since Sonali was trying to quit the show but every time she was stopped by some or the other thing popping up. After a long journey of ifs and buts its finally a quit that Sonali has showed.

Her death sequence will be done in the upcoming episode of the show which will turn out to be a major shock for the entire Singhania family. As replacing her was a bit difficult so the director decided to show it as a natural death.

All the scenes that were already shot have also been changed due to this quitting of the show. With Naksh being the most attached to his grandmother it would be difficult for him to cope up with situation.

Naitik without a mother and Akshara without her mother in law will have too many challenges to cope up with especially filling in the gap in their son's life.
