After Landing 'Bank Chor', Comedy Nights' Kapil Sharma Shifts Loyalties!

Kapil Sharma, the most famous stand up comedian and TV host currently on India television, as we all know, has bagged his first Bollywood film with Yash Raj Films, Bank Chor. The result of which Kapil Sharma has got too busy for his show Comedy Nights With Kapil. The show will apparently go back to one episode a week format since Kapil will get too busy with his debut film, which starts shooting in April.

"I've no choice but to do this. The channel Colors doesn't want me to do the show only once a week. But for the sake of the film, I've no choice but to cut down my television show by half," said the comedian in recent interview.

Kapil, who knows his limits admitted that it is not easy to do good comedy. And when there is the issue of time constrain, the chances of audience getting bored is quite possible. Talking about this Kapil said, "It's not easy to think up funny gags every 10 seconds. We can't afford to let our audience get bored for even a few moments."

Kapil's Comedy Nights with Kapil, as we know is one of the most watched and loved comedy show currently on India television. So much so that there are channels trying their very best to replicate the show and have failed.

The show made Kapil an overnight superstar, so much so that Kapil become one of the most searched and talked about star in India today. And this success has got him sign three movies for Yash Raj Films.
