Bigg Boss 8 Elimination: Sonali Rout Exits Show!

Bigg Boss 8's first elimination had Salman Khan calling Sonali Raut's name to join him on stage. Sonali thus becomes the first contestant to get eliminated from Bigg Boss house.

The contestants in danger zone, Natasa Stankovic, Sukirti Kandpal, Sonali Raut and Gautam Gulati had 24 hour window to get their votes from the viewers. Sonali failing to get as many votes as the others received, got eliminated from the Bigg Boss house.

Sonali Raut, the Xpose actress, was one of the contestants who failed to make a mark both with the contestants as well as with the viewers. As the other contestants said, whether she was shy or reserved, her non-intervention with the other is the main reason for her getting nominated.

Though nominated by many contestants, Sonali mainly entered the final elimination round due to the nomination from the Secret Society (SS). SS, as they are called by the contestants, felt Sonali's attitude at various instances during her stay in the house was negative. And her speaking in English at many occasions too added to the reasons for getting eliminated.
