They are the secret society who will also captain the other 12 in Bigg Boss house.

These three will currently be ruling the Bigg Boss house on their will. In the coming episode, they decide to test the patience of the other 12 by withholding their luggage and expecting them to impress them if they need their luggages back. They will also been seen torturing the others using many tactics in the later episodes.
