Brutal Killing Of Popular TV Characters; Qubool Hai's AsYa, Madhubala's Rishbala...

Recently, the shows Qubool Hai and Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon resorted to taking leaps to get a fresh start to their stale stories. The methot they opted was to kill the lead characters so they can get on with a fresh story with their offsprings.

Qubool Hai killed Asad and Zoya and Madhubala Ek Ishq... killed RK and Madhubala for a fresh start with their children (both daughters), Sanam Ahmad Khan and Madhubala Kundra.

Looks like there are expiry dates for even the most popular characters on extremely successful shows as well. The popularity and love the previous leads received had reduced to negligible and the makers of the show as well as the fans no longer preffered them. But, neither want to let go of the shows. So the solution, KILL THEM.

Traditionally, a story was preferred to have a happy ending. Any story's characters, especially the leads, were preferred to have a happy ending, where it is told that in the end they lived happily ever after. But, traditions have changed and happy endings are followed by their killings.

Currently, both the shows, Madhubala and Qubool Hai, have ended the initial storyline by killing the leads and getting their offsprings miraculously escape into oblivion. Only to grow up poor and hardworking to meet their rich and ruthless male protagonists.

Though there are a lot of difference in both the show, the overall technique they have adopted is mostly the same. Qubool Hai airs on Zee TV, while Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon on Colors TV.
