Humsafar Review – Has Potential To Set Trend On Indian TV!

Humsafar, the Pakistani television show starring Fawad Khan, that has reached Indian audience on channel Zindagi, will air it's first episode on Tuesday , October 14. The television series has something for every show on Indian television to learn. The chemistry between the two protagonists have the potential to set a trend on Indian TV.

The firts episode established the main plot of the entire story where Khirad and Asher's lives get entangled. Asher's father, guilt striken about not having helped his sister until then (Khirad's mother), declares that he would promise to get Asher married to Khirad. Asher has a close lady friend, who plans to wed him, while Khirad has no plans at all to get married. What happens when they are pressed to have an arranged marriage and how they find love eventually forms the rest of the story.

Based on the first episode alone, the show, cleary is a class apart from any current shows on air. From establishing characters to background music, the tone of the show is quintessentially picturesque. From a deseased mother not wanting to die, to an absentee brother and from a daughter full of pride to a perfectionist son, each character is established splendidly well in just the first episode.

The Sarmad Sultan Khoosat directed drama series, Humsafar, which was originally aired on Hum TV in 2011, stars Fawad Afzal Khan as Asher and Mahira Khan as Khirad in lead roles is based on the novel with the same name. The show hits Indian television thanks to the demand for Pakistani shows in recent times.

Humsafar, Pakistan's highest rated television series will be aired on Zindagi, Monday to Friday 8 pm.
