Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2, 15th March written episode: Astha tries to avoid Aditi’s question about Swati. Anjali intervenes into the matter; she rebukes Aditi and warns her not to be curious about Shlok’s personal matter. Later, when Aditi wants to give colour to Shlok with Kavya, Anjali forbids her; she says that it is Astha’s right to give the first touch of colour to Shlok.

The doctor who did the sex determination test for Jyoti’s child, calls in the landline and blackmails Jyoti. He says that he will reveal Jyoti’s secret to Abhay, if she does not help him to get bail. Abhay tells Jyoti to demand gold chains from her mother, for their son. Her mother-in-law notices that her bangles are missing. She somehow saves herself with a false explanation and prays that she meet Astha soon.

People of the Agnihotri house gather around a bonfire for the pre-Holi festival. Astha wears a saree of the colour, that Shlok has mentioned in his diary for the Holi celebration. When Shlok and Astha participate in the ritual, someone hits a petrol jar with a piece of wood; when the jar falls, petrol spreads and touches Astha’s pallu.

Astha’s pallu catches fire soon. Shlok quickly and intelligently covers her with a piece of cloth and protects from getting burnt. He carries a senseless Astha to the bedroom. As soon as she gets back to senses, Anjali starts blaming her for the accident.

Niranjan tells Shlok to take care of Astha. He is relieved to see that Shlok cares for her. He reminds Anjali to nourish this feeling in Shlok, as the divorce hearing is only a few days away. Niranjan wants Astha to stay in the family forever.

As Astha sleeps, Shlok keeps watch on her. His eyes show genuine concern for Astha.
