Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2, 17th May written episode: Jyoti tells Astha that she is having a craving for chat, that is available near Astha’s house. Astha thinks of calling Kalindi. But before she calls Kalindi, Siddarth comes with a pack of chat and the file of Varad. Sojal sends Jyoti to her room and misbehaves with Siddarth, thinking that he is the cause of misunderstanding between Jyoti and Abhay. Astha saves Siddarth.

Jyoti sees Siddarth through her window; when he waves at her, she feels shy. Astha serves the caht to Jyoti and says that it is an amazing coincidence. Niranjan gives papers to Anjali and orders her to make Jyoti sign the papers, so that Abhay can be released from jail.

Astha keeps calling Shlok in his mobile and he rejects her calls. He wants her to suffer. He consults Niranjan and plans a business trip with her, with an intention of giving her a surprise. He comes back home and packs his bag. Astha says sorry to him and asks where he is going.

Shlok wants to keep her in confusion. He answers that he is going for a business tour for an uncertain duration. As Astha leaves the room, he quickly packs her bag. But to his utter frustration, Niranjan informs that the business tour should be cancelled as the whole family has to attend a puja in Kolapur.

Shlok becomes extremely upset with Niranjan’s announcement. In the morning he plans to be away from the family tour and spend time with Astha. He takes vapor from the vaporizer and tells Astha that he is having fever. Astha sees that his forehead is hot.

Astha calls others. Shlok tells Niranjan that there is no need to cancel their tour as Astha can take care of him. Niranjan becomes compelled to leave Shlok and Astha at home.
